Campaign period:

26th March 2016 to 25th June 2016(2016/4 bonus month till 2016/6 bonus month)

 

Qualifications:

Option 1:

 The option is applied to 5star or above distributors who promoted from 4star or below during 201601 till 201603 bonus month ,but did not qualify for Indonesia Bali trip.  Requirements: During the promotional period, the Distributor Will be rewarded with USD2000 bonus if he/she: i. Must get promoted to at least 6 Star, AND ii. His/Her NEWLY Accumulated GPV must be no less than 8000PV, AND iii. Maintain monthly personal sales as per Tiens marketing plan requirements.

Option 2:

The option is applied to existing distributors who are 4 Star or below (Based on the rank in the bonus month of 2016/03) and distributors who are newly joined during the promotional period. Requirements: During the promotional period, the Distributor Will be rewarded with USD2000 bonus if he/she: i. promote to at least 6 Star. AND ii. His/Her NEWLY Accumulated GPV must be no less than 7000PV, AND iii. Maintain monthly personal sales as per Tiens marketing plan requirements.

Option 3:

The option is applied to all new or existing distributors. Requirements: All existing or newly joined distributor will be reward with USD2000 bonus if he/she:

(i) Within the promotional period, he/she coaches or assists TWO(2) distributor who belong to his/her direct network respectively to qualify for Option 1 or Option 2, AND;

(ii) be 6-star or above by the end of promotion period, AND;

(iii) Maintain their monthly personal sales as per Tiens Marketing plan requirements.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This incentive promotion is open to all new and existing Tiens distributors in Ghana, Benin, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Uganda, Mozambique, South Africa and Namibia branches.

2. The area of calculation unit are as follow: Unit A: South African Branch, Namibia Branch and Mozambique Branch Unit B: Kenya Branch Unit C: Ethiopia Branch Unit D: Uganda Branch Unit E: Sudan Branch Unit F: Ghana Branch Unit G: Benin Branch Unit H: Nigeria Branch The applicant (coach) and trainee distributor must be in the same area unit. If the trainee distributor either register or purchase outside of the area unit where the applicant (coach) belongs, the sales amount will not be calculated and considered for this incentive reward.  

3. A qualifier can only be qualified either ONCE from Option1 (or Option2) or maximum of TWICE from Option3. For example, distributor A upgraded to 6-star during the campaign period as per requirements of Opotion1. his accumulative GPV reached 17000PV. Therefore, distributor A is qualified ONCE for this Incentive Plan and is awarded with USD2000. In the case of distributor B who assisted / coached one distributor respectively in all 6 of his direct networks who qualified Option1 or Option2, and has maintain the personal sales as per Tiens Marketing plan. distributor B has qualified TWICE for this Incentive Plan and is awarded with USD4000.

4. Final qualification will be based on the data of JSB Abroad sales system. No late submission or correction will be allowed.

5. Qualification for Option1 and Option2 are calculated every month.  Qualification of Option3 will only be calculated when the campaign period has completed. 6. Tiens Africa reserves the right to cancel the qualification if the qualifier is in violation of <TIENS POLICIES& PROCEDURES>  7. Tiens Africa reserves the right to the above mention campaign and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
